We have two houses available for rent in the highly desirable Tahoe Park area of Tahoe City. The two houses are next door to each other and are both 3 bedroom / 2 bath homes. Both have been remodeled with new kitchens, family rooms, and bathrooms.
Situated in a friendly neighborhood on the lakeside of the highway, it is a five-minute walk to Lake Tahoe and the private homeowners association beach, Sunnyside Bar, local markets, and restaurants.

This is the walk down our street to the lake. We are on the lake side of the highway, so there are no busy highways to cross. At the end of the street, just a five-minute walk away, is the lake and Sunnyside Resort.
